Digital Seamless Systems

I jus picked up da newspaper yesterday n as i was browsing thru it, jus found out this interestingly different topic. Digital Seamless Systems for 2007. This writeup in da ppr was speaking about convergence of television, computer & phone into a single system providing the users with a unique experience. Well dats sumthing quite interesting. With such kind of technology round da corner v can surf da internet, watch those monotonous daily soaps on ur TV as well as attend a phone call. What v'll eventually get,is a functional digital eco system that lets us move content around da house thru pieces of hardware dat understand each other.

The very 1st step wud b taken in da form of Apple's iTV, a $300 mediabox that will wirelessly stream movies, music & TV shows from a computer to the television in ur living room. Microsoft's Xbox 360 is already giving users a link between games, video conferences, phone calls, photos & high definition videos.

Dat sounds fun. What this will do is both television & the computer will change enough that v dont feel they're bridging ne thing. Now dat makes us think 1 more thing - Wht happens when da idiot box n da internet collide ??? Well dats a few years away but dats gonna b some revolution.
